Questions: 

1) How could a state senator for Illinois and then United States Senator for Illinois become President and seemingly NOT understand how the debt ceiling works? 
2) How could he have had such a strong belief AGAINST federal deficits and then when elected President, completely change his mind?
3) Could it be that not only he, but the rest of us, have been kept in the dark about the Federal Reserve Bank, government borrowing, and debt?

2) Watch it again and again until you have the capacity to explain it to others
3) Tell other concerned citizens of the USA (and other countries that have a central banking system - and pretty much all countries have a central bank) to prepare for a financial armageddon.

It's incredible and hard to grasp that the central banking system is probably not understood by most elected officials. Congress borrows money for all kinds of projects without the moral concern for generations of future indebtedness.
And in the meantime, the Federal Reserve bank, privately owned, continues to make huge sums of money for its shareholders.
