It's one days ride from Fort Wayne to Warren, PA. Stopped for lunch at Nicole's restaurant and saw some Route 66 pictures. Drove some freeway, Route 62 along the lovely winding Allegheny river, weather was warm... Warren, PA to Milford, NY. We stopped along the Allegheny river to take a few photos and then up into Binghampton, NY and on to Billy's brother's place. On our way we run into a freshly tarred and chip sealed road with lots of loose rock - NOT A MOTORCYCLE FRIENDLY ROAD! The concentration and adrenaline used to balance the bike on this 3 mile road was equal to at least 1000 miles! We carried the some rocks and tar all the way back to Long Island.
It's been our yearly good fortune to visit with Billy's brother and family at their cabin on Lake Arnold, NY. The kids have grown up over the years - now a Senior in HS and one year finished at Yale. We love to swim the lake, visit, eat the always excellent food.
